In 2022 San Francisco Stencil Pirate Godfather Scott Williams lost his vision and hand-to-eye coordination to the point where he is not able to cut stencils or use an airbrush. But that has not stopped him from making intricate torn and cut paper collages that still reflect the complex architecture of his very exceptional aesthetic practice.
