There is a time in our lives when we wait for “our day”. More people who have gone to those who are with us. The society is not more what it was. Some wait the arrival of the final with friends, others happy, sad,…and many alone. The only certainty we have in life is death. One day we will all die. Death is part of life. It is a point that every day we all inevitably headed. At the same time is where people that we really loved are now. It is a way to go where they are.

This is a very personal work. Arises following the death of the person I most wanted in my life, my grandmother and mother (she was the person who brought me up until my 5 years old) Alejandrina. In a way it is a tribute to her, there is not day since she went that I don´t think about her… but it is also a tribute to all those who reach old age. It is not easy to reach old age. We must learn from the people who have lived and know the life better than us…. This work is a tribute to all of them.

This project makes us reflect on what we are and what we become. It is a look at the last station of our life. In our life there are only two things that are certain: the present moment and that one day we will die.
