DREAMING: HE IS AT WORK is a jhola tote bag with artwork by the artist David Dunlap who has generously shared his work for the 5 Year Plan Jhola Project. 5 Year Jhola Project is a “seva” in honor of MK Gandhi, and an experiment in Gandhian economics. It is a no-profit/no-loss seva that reduces the degrees of separation between village India, the contemporary art world, and you.

Each year since 2010, they have produced small edition artist jhola bags, made of home-spun hand-loom khadi and printed by hand and sewn by tailors at the Manav Seva Sannidhi Ashram in Modinagar, UP. India. Learn more about 5 Year Plan here.
