We are excited to announce that Booklyn will be moving to a new home.

ArtBuilt Brooklyn (in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs, New York’s Affordable Real Estate for Artists Initiative, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation) has invited Booklyn to join a vibrant new community being created at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park.

Our new home comes with an affordable rent and a 10-year lease that will provide a secure base for our growing community. We will double our facilities and increase our capacity to create and distribute archives, art, books, and programming to hundreds of educational and public institutions nationally and globally. Our new space will feature a production studio along with an expanded art gallery and event space.

We need to raise funds by this upcoming spring to cover the costs of designing and constructing our new space, and our move from Greenpoint to Sunset Park.

We launched a successful Kickstarter Campaign and raised $19,045 from a community of 241 generous supporters in just 5 weeks. We offered many great rewards in exchange for patronage. We want to extend the opportunity to receive a gift for your donation. We are offering the following artworks as a thank you for contributions made through or directly by check. Please make a donation at for the amounts specified below, select to pay the fee, and make a note of which work you would like to receive. For more information please contact
